Renovation of a library in New Martinsville, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 9,000-square-foot library.
The Work includes covering all built-in gutter on existing building, replacing existing fascia boards, wrap fascia boards with metal, replacing all downspouts, and adding new gutters on the New Martinsville Public Library building Each Bid must be accompanied by either a bid bond in an amount of 5% of the Bid amount or by certified check or cashier's check in the amount of not less than 5% of the Bid amount. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance and payment bond for 100% of the contract price. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any and all bids
