Renovation of a multi-residential development in Merced, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 34-unit multi-residential development.

The Authority owns and operates two complexes located in Livingston and Los Banos which consist of 34 family units.The Authority has identified much-needed modernization work in the developments in Los Banos and Livingston units which will have work commence in the Spring of 2021. The Authority is soliciting appropriately licensed with the California State Licensing Board (CSLB), qualified contractors to provide all work necessary to complete the work as detailed within the Scope of Work (SOW). This is a turn-key project. It is the sole responsibility of the contractor to examine every unit video walkthrough in its entirety to provide a complete and accurate bid. This IFB is being issued, as well any addenda, by the Authority. The work shall consist of all aspects to modify residential units as detailed below for two residential developments (two separate locations), within the City of Los Banos and Livingston, which consist of thirty-four (34) residential units. Description of Properties The work, as described within, shall be performed at two (2) housing developments located within the County of Merced. 1. Project 23-04 has eight (8) units located in the City of Los Banos with the combined number of units and bedroom sizes as follows: A. One (1) 2-bedroom unit; approximately 830 square feet with 1 bathroom. B. Five (5) 3-bedroom units; approximately 1120 square feet with 1 bathroom. C. Two (2) 4-bedroom units; approximately 2030 square feet with 2 bathrooms. 2. Project 23-06 consist of twenty-six (26) units located in the City of Livingston with the combined number of units and bedroom sizes as follows: A. Six (6) 2-bedroom units; approximately 760 square feet with 1 bathroom. B. Eight (8) 3-bedroom units; approximately 885 square feet with 2 bathrooms. C. Twelve (12) 4-bedroom units; approximately 2030 square feet with 2 bathrooms
