Site work and paving for a road / highway in Massillon, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The Engineer's Estimate for this project is: $2,471,000.00. Construction Work shall be completed 270 Calendar Days after date of Notice to Proceed is issued. Upon receiving a responsible and responsive low bid, the County will proceed with Award of the Contract. A pre-bid conference will not be held for this project due to the spread of COVID-19. If any questions or clarifications are needed answered, please email them to us by March 22, 2021 and if necessary we will issue all needed addendums by March 23, 2021. Each bidder shall be in current good standing on the Ohio Department of Transportation Pre-qualified Contractors List kept by the Office of Contracts. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid guaranty in the form of (1) a certified check, or cashier's check, or letter of credit equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid; or (2) a bid guaranty bond for the full amount of the bid; both forms of guaranties as provided in Chapter 153 of the Ohio Revised Code and in the project specifications. The Stark County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received, and to accept any bid which is deemed most favorable to the County at the time and under the conditions stipulated.
