Meyer Najem, the Construction Manager, is requesting proposals for the 2021 WMS Renovation - Sitework & Roofing for the Brownsburg Community School Corporation. Project includes site development of existing property, including - demolition, earthwork, site utilities, hardscapes, and landscaping to allow for building additions and revised site logistics and layout. Project also includes re-roof of the existing facility and a new roofing system at the planned building additions. Further description of work can be found within the bid packages and project drawings/specifications. This Project is broken out into two (2) Bid Packages. Bid Package #07 - Sitework Bid Package #08 - Roofing Each Bid Package includes all labor, materials, equipment, coordination, submittals. etc. associated with said scope of work. This is a Public Bid and will require a Bid Bond and Performance / Payment Bond. All Contractors and Sub-contractors for IDOA Public Works projects valued at over $300,000 MUST be pre-qualified through the Public Works Certification Board, prior to BCSC Board Approval of Contract or will be grounds for bid to be rejected as non-responsive. Pre-qualification requires submission of an application for review by the Public Works Certification Board members. *PLEASE NOTE: The Architect/Engineer has issued Addendum #01, dated 3/11/2021 for the project, that includes Addendum Narrative, Revisions to Drawings, Reissued Drawings and Reissued Specification. *PLEASE NOTE: The Architect/Engineer has issued Addendum #02, dated 3/18/2021 for the project, that includes the Pre-Bid Meeting Agenda and Sign-In Sheet, Revised Bid Package Scopes, Addendum Narrative and Revised & New Drawings and Specifications. We have also issued CM Drawings with Phasing and a Preliminary Sitework Outline Schedule with Phasing. *PLEASE NOTE: The Architect/Engineer has issued Addendum #03, dated 3/25/2021 for the project, that includes Revised Bid Package Scopes, Addendum Narrative and Revised & New Drawings and Revised Specifications.
