Window Replacement and Masonry Restoration Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Authority and must be accompanied by a certified check or bank draft, payable to the DuBois Housing Authority, negotiable U.S. Government Bonds (at par value), or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety, in a dollar amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total bid.
