This project consists of replacement of two instrument air compressors, modifications to headworks channel sluice water piping, replacement of two grit removal systems, installation of two Owner-furnished low heat loop pumps, replacement of the water reclaimed pumps and strainers, replacement of the low heat loop 3-way valve system, and associated electrical and controls work. Engineer's estimate: $1,300,000.00 - $1,700,000.00. Attendees will be assigned a walk through time and will receive confirmation of their time by March 18, 2021, Each site walk is planned to be limited to one hour. Start time for each group is as follows: 1 Group A: 9 a.m. start time and ending at 10 a.m. 2 Group B: 10:30 a.m. start time and ending at 11:30 a.m Other groups will be added on March 22 and March 23 if needed to accommodate all persons requesting a site visit. The work is located at the Budd Inlet Treatment Plant, 500 Adams Street NE, Olympia, WA 98501. The engineer's construction estimate for this project is $1,300,000 to $1,700,000 including sales tax. The Contractor will have 150 working days to substantially complete the work in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Physical construction work at the site shall be limited by the Notice to Commence Construction for each area of the plant.
