Renovation of a mixed-use development in Sainte-Marie-de-Kent, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: .1 Removal of all existing thermal glazing units from existing aluminum window frames and reinstallation in the same frames, complete with new setting blocks, shims, glazing tape, splines, gaskets, sealants, etc., as well as removal of existing joint sealants and foam rods, between existing aluminum window frames and adjacent materials, and replacement with new foam rods and sealant. .2 Coordination of all sub-contractors. .3 Scheduling of work with Engineer - Architect and building Users. Contractors are reminded that they must receive tender documents for bidding purposes from the office of Construction Tendering - Buildings (Division), Department of Transportation and Infrastructure, Fredericton NB, 506-453-2706. Only those tenders submitted by bidders listed as having received tender documents from the Central Tendering - Buildings Division office shall be considered.
