Kahn Construction Co., Inc. has been selected as the Construction Manager @ Risk by Camden County, NC and is seeking to prequalify construction trade and specialty contractors to submit bids for furnishing labor, materials, equipment and tools for the Camden County Administrative Complex Phase 1 project in Camden, NC. This project consists of the new construction of an 11,562sf facility which will include a library, community room, board room, and associated spaces. It will be constructed on an approximately 8 acre site, located at 118 343 HWY N, Camden, NC 27921. The prequalification process is complete for the initial bid packages, which included the site development scope. Currently, we are prequalifying contractors for the building bid packages.
