Renovation of a fire / police facility in Cumming, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
FOR: Providing all materials, equipment, and labor to clean and paint the exterior/Interior of seven (7) Forsyth County Fire Stations. Fire Station #1, Fire Station #2, Fire Station #3, Fire Station #4, Fire Station #7, Fire Station #12 and the Old Fire Station #4 NO QUESTIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER: March 25, 2021 @ 12:00 noon Email to tlittle2@forsythco.com Sealed BIDS in duplicate copy, subject to all provisions of the Invitation to Sealed Bid, will be received and opened at the time, date and place shown above. Award of Sealed Bid will be made at a later date pending evaluation of all Sealed BIDS submitted. o Paint interior walls (59,500 square foot) including the bays. Interior and exterior doors and door jambs to be painted. o Old FS# 4-Only paint interior of the bay o Contractor to ensure daily debris removal and site cleanliness throughout the day. o Contractor to follow painting standard. o Gutters and downspouts to be removed and re-installed. Painting must be completed before reinstalling gutters/downspouts. o Contractor to install by using best practices and per manufacture Specifications. Estimated Budget: $65,000 to $150,000
