Site work and paving for a civil project in Port St Joe, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
As of 8/2/2021 project was already awarded, but amount not available. This project includes repairs to Bridge #510046 located on CR 30A in Gulf County, FL. Repairs include guardrail replacement, installation of sand cement bags, concrete repair, and approximately 150 tons of rip rap rubble. All bids shall remain firm for a period of sixty days after the opening. All bidders shall comply with all applicable State and local laws concerning licensing registration and regulation of contractors doing business to the State of Florida. Completion date for this project will be 30 days from the date of the Notice to Proceed presented to the successful bidder. Liquidated damages for failure to complete the project on the specified date will be set at $500.00 per day. The Board of County Commissioners held in the Donald H. Butler Commission Chamber in the Robert M. Moore Administration Building, Gulf County The Work will be substantially completed within 21 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run as provided in Paragraph 4.01 of the General Conditions, and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions within _30_ days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run.
