Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The scope of work includes construction of 130 LF of 24" RCP storm sewer, one (1) Type A inlet, one (1) storm sewer manhole, one (1) outfall into an existing detention/amenity lake (including all dewatering as necessary), overflow swales, one (1) median opening cut, sidewalk reconstruction, 28 LF of 19 inch x 30 inch elliptical RCP storm sewer, two (2) concrete headwalls, and resodding of disturbed areas. A cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. BIDDER agrees that the Work will be completed and ready for final payment in accordance with paragraph 10.01 of the General Conditions within forty five (45) calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commences to run.
