Site work and new construction of a civil project in Waldron Township, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the construction of a water / sewer project.
The Project includes construction of a 500,000 gallon elevated storage tank and appurtenances along with approximately 1,400 feet of 12-inch water main including three road borings and casings. It is understood that this project involves the construction of a new 500,000-gallon elevated water tower for the Consolidated Public Water Supply District #1 of Platte County. AOG assumes the water tower will be a pedestal on ring foundation (approximately 30 feet in diameter), with considerations of both deep and shallow foundation options. The water tank will be approximately 50 feet in diameter with a height of 115 feet. It is also assumed the alternate to the pedestal on ring, would be independent legs supporting the tower. Currently, the project site is approximately 30,000 square feet and grass covered and relatively free of trees. The proposed tank area has a difference in elevation of approximately 8 feet (+/-) across the site. AOG anticipates minimal amounts of cut/fills of around 3 to 6 feet (+/-), will be required to achieve construction grade. Contract Documents will be shipped only if the requesting party assumes responsibility for all related shipping charges. Corporate, certified, or cashier's checks shall be made payable to Drexel Technologies.
