They include modification of plumbing, ventilation, electricity, structure, automatic regulation, etc. existing premises to accommodate new scientific equipment. Work is also planned outside near the delivery dock for the relocation of the existing argon tank. Note that the work can be carried out for the most part (approximately 80%) on a normal daytime work schedule 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., it should be noted that the other part of the work will require coordination with the owner and is scheduled outside of normal hours since some premises will be occupied. Performance bond and materials and services of each corresponding 50% is required. award is subject to final approval.
