Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Kirkwood, Missouri. Working plans call for site work for a transportation facility; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for the construction of a transportation facility.
The proposed work includes: Renovation and Restoration of the Historic Kirkwood Train Station; Reconstruction of the east pedestrian canopy; Construction of a new Storage Shed; Design and Installation of a modular Temporary Station; and associated site improvements including removal and replacement of hardscapes and planters surrounding the station and parking lot resurfacing. All questions are due by Tuesday, August 6, 2024 at 4:00 pm and can only be submitted through the City of Kirkwoods e-Procurement Platform A certified cashiers check or a bid bond in the amount of 5% shall be submitted with each proposal. The City of Kirkwood reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The project will be awarded to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder. The DBE Goal for this project is 7%.
