Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Hayden, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; pre-engineered storage facility; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The new building is off the North taxi lane, to the North of ARFF building. The building is a steel framed structure cladded with insulated metal panels on top of conventionally reinforced footings, foundations, and slab. The project will include all sitework to construct the new SRE building including erosion control, excavation, embankment, subbase course, base course, asphalt paving, stormwater modification and improvements, utility work, landscaping, fencing, topsoil and seeding. Owner: Kootenai County 451 N Government Way, Coeur d'Alene ID 83814 Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC): Fisher Construction Group, Inc. will be accepting sealed bids for the following scopes of work: Civil/Earthwork, Paving, Utilities, Concrete, Concrete Pumping, Ready Mix, Concrete Cutting, Concrete Sealing, Steel Supply, Steel Erection, Miscellaneous Metals, Masonry, IMP, Metal Framing/ Drywall/ACT, Painting, Specialties, Glass/Glazing, Doors/Frames/ Hardware, Overhead Door, Roofing, Fire Suppression, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fence/Landscaping. Bidder to clearly state scope(s) of work that they are bidding on the sealed envelope. It is the bidder's responsibility to ensure that sealed bids are received at the bid opening location and time listed above. Bids received after the date and time listed above will not be accepted or opened. The successful bidder will be contracting directly with Fisher Construction Group using the agreement set forth in the bid documents. Idaho Licensed Bidder shall list on their bid form their current Idaho license number and Scope of Work.
