The improvements consist of furnishing all labor and materials for the Rotomilling, Patching, and Paving of the Freeman Highway, and other incidental construction in accordance with the location, notes, and details shown on the plans and as directed by the Engineer. If in-person delivery of Bid Documents is necessary, the DRBA Receiving Department is available for deliveries during normal business days from 7 AM to 3 PM. The goal for the participation of certified Disadvantaged Minority and/or Women-owned Businesses ("M/W/DBEs") is five percent (5%) of the total value of the contract.
