Site work for a water / sewer project in Montgomery, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Scope of Work of the Contract includes water distribution system, wastewater collection system, storm water collection system, and related improvements. : All subcontractors and tiered subcontractors working on a Clayco project are required to complete a Site Specific Safety Plan (SSSP) prior to the commencement of work. The SSSP is not to be a copy of the general corporate safety programs. The SSSP must include information specific to this project and the people involved with it. Clearing and grubbing consists of removal and disposal of trees, stumps, brush, roots, vegetation, logs, rubbish, and other objectionable matter within street rights-of-way, utility and or drainage easements, lots, or other designated areas. Work performed under this section will be measured by the acre and paid for at the unit price bid or may be paid as a lump sum, if applicable. Not more than 50% of the unit price will be paid for cleared and grubbed areas that have not been raked and the material disposed of.
