Question Submission Close Date 3/22/2021 3:00 PM MDT The Logan Fisheries Experiment Station (FES) has approximately 23 artesian (flowing) wells which have provided more than four cubic feet per second of water to the facility. Wells have been drilled into the cold and warm-water bearing formations and vary in diameter and depth. Fourteen groundwater wells need condition assessment and flow evaluation performed. Wellhead piping and assemblies need to be re-constructed. Following re-construction of the wellhead, piping assemblies, and initial flow measurement, the well casings are to be cleaned by brushing to remove scale and bacteriological deposits. Upon finishing the cleaning process, each casing will be video-inspected in order to evaluate casing integrity, identify damage, and determine presence or absence of blockages, or degradation of perforations
