ELECTRONIC HEALTH RECORD MODERNIZATION (EHRM) INFRASTRUCTURE UPGRADES, VA MEDICAL CENTER (VAMC) BIRMINGHAM, ALABAMA In accordance with 38 US Code, Section 8127 (Public Law 109-461), as implemented by Veterans Affairs Acquisition Regulation (VAAR)806.270, "contracting officers shall set aside solicitations...(with) the VA Rule of Two for Vendor Information Pages (VIP) verified service-disabled Veteran-owned small businesses (SDVOSBs) first, then Veteran-owned small businesses (VOSBs)."
