Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lincoln City, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The City of Lincoln City is requesting proposals for the construction of NE 14th Street Sidewalk and Sewer LID Project. The project is located along NE 14th Street between Hwy 101 and NE Port Ave. The proposed work is to construct approximately 1,056 feet of curb, 7,708 sf concrete sidewalks, ramps and driveways, 1185 feet of 10" & 12" Dual Wall HDPE storm pipe, 5 manholes, 10 catch-basins, 260 tons of asphalt, 691 feet of 2" and 1 1/4 " HDPE Solid Well Pipe, 14 Sanitary service laterals and miscellaneous other items. City is requesting proposals and bid through a proposal review process to select a Contractor with the best value for the City. The selection process will review the contractor's proposal on construction elements of the project and contractor's experience with similar projects, and the proposed unit prices. Each proposal/bid must be submitted on the forms prescribed by the City and accompanied by a Proposal Guaranty (certified check, cashiers check, or bid bond) in an amount equal to ten (10) percent of the total amount bid. The ten percent Proposal Guaranty shall be forfeited to the City if the bidder fails to enter into a contract with the City of Lincoln City within fifteen (15) days after the date of the Notice of Award. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a bond equal to one hundred percent of the amount bid for faithful performance of the Contract. The successful Bidder shall deliver the 2 copies of the executed Contract, Performance Bond, and Payment Bond, certification of workers' compensation coverage, and the required certificates of insurance to the City within 15 Calendar Days after the Notice of Award is issued by the City. The Bidder shall return the originals of all documents received from the City and named in this Subsection with original signatures. Certificates of insurance shall also be originals. No copies of these documents will be accepted. Any verbal response(s) obtained from any source by bidders will be considered informational and shall not be relied upon by bidders.
