Site work for a civil project in Omaha, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
**As of May 5, 2021, this project has been awarded to Vrba Construction Inc. in the amount of $2,191,179.80. The Project consists of constructing 7,200 LF 8- 21"DIa. PVC sanitary sewer pipe, 5,000 LF 16"Dia. force main, manholes, pumping station, bore and jack steel casing, and other related appurtenances. Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued. If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $30.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. If shipping of CD is required, there is a flat fee in the amount of $9.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 14 calendar days from award of the project to obtain a deposit refund. If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be forfeited. Work under the proposed Project Contract shall be commenced within ten calendar days from the date of Notice to Proceed, and the work shall be substantially completed on or before August 31, 2021, and completed by September 15, 2021, subject to any extension of time which may be granted by the Owner.
