Site work for a civil project in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Hampton Roads Sanitation District (HRSD) requests Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified Design-Builders for the design, construction, and commissioning of the Eastern Shore Infrastructure Improvements - Transmission Force Main Phase I (ES01000) project. The evaluation and selection of the Design-Builder shall be based on the evaluation plan specified in the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) which provides for a three-step proposal submission process consisting of an initial RFQ, a subsequent Request for Proposals (RFP), and a Price Proposal. HRSD shall evaluate each SOQ and select 2 or more proposers for further consideration. HRSD shall select a Design-Builder on the basis of all information developed during the selection process that best serves the interest of HRSD. Only Design-Builders short-listed as a result of this RFQ will be allowed to submit a proposal under the RFP and a Price Proposal. This project is anticipated to be funded in part under the Virginia Clean Water Revolving Loan Fund. Technical questions should be submitted through online.
