Information regarding a future solicitation has not been disclosed. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: ABI is seeking an engineering consultant to conduct a feasibility study for the trail alignments the northwest quadrant. The consultant will investigate alignment alterternatives adjacent to the CSX and Norfolk Southern rail corridors, as well as separate alignments not adjacent to the corridors. The consultant will need experience with database development, alignment alternatives development, etc. ABI is currently undertaking design of the BeltLine Northeast trail. The recommended northwest trail alignment must tie in with the final designed alignment of the Northeast trail and the Westside Trail. Similarly, connections to other existing or planned regional trail infrastructure such as the BeltLine Northside (Tanyard Creek) Trail, PATH 400 and Silver Comet Connector Trail shall be preserved. Questions and requests for clarification regarding this RFQ must be submitted in online. The deadline for submitting such questions/clarifications is March 31, 2021, by 3:00 pm EST. Although either party shall have the right to terminate the Contract upon thirty (30) days' written notice, with or without cause, ABI reserves the right to terminate the Contract with thirty (30) days' notice if the Offeror elects to change any of its key personnel, partner(s), or subcontractor(s) without the express written consent of ABI. Method of Contractor selection has not been determined at this point of time.
