Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Huntington Woods, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
The City of Huntington Woods is seeking proposals for the design and construction of a fitness area along the eastern edge of the park including accessible routes from the parking area on the west side of the park to the fitness area. All upgrades shall meet accessibility requirements per the ADA. Utmost care shall be exercised to limit damage to the existing trees and their root systems that may occur as a result of construction work. Restore all areas disturbed due to construction with topsoil, seed and mulch.
