The PBC seeks a team which includes design and construction, the "Design-Build Team." The Town/PBC intends to issue one contract to the selected Team for the entire scope of work. The successful bidder shall provide a complete and operational wash bay system with all required appurtenances at no additional cost to the Town of Berlin. Each proposer is responsible for checking the Town's website to determine if the Town has issued any addenda and, if so, to complete its proposal in accordance with the RFP as modified by the addenda.
