Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in North Bellmore, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Each bidder must deposit with his bid, a Bid Bond or certified check made payable to NASSAU BOCES, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid Bidder may not withdraw its bid until forty-five 45 days after the bid opening, except in accordance with General Municipal Law Section 103(11). The Contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible Bidder or the proposals will be rejected within 45 days of the date of opening proposals, subject however, to the discretionary right reserved by Nassau BOCES to waive any or all proposals and to advertise for new proposals if, in its opinion, the best interest of Nassau BOCES will thereby be promoted. Bidder may not withdraw its bid until forty-five 45 days after the bid opening, except in accordance with General Municipal Law Section 103(11).
