Site work and paving for a civil project in Rochester, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Manhole Rebuild project. Bid must be accompanied by a cash deposit, bid bond, cashier's check or a certified check payable to the City of Rochester, Minnesota, for five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid, which shall be forfeited to the City if the bidder, upon the letting of the contract, shall fail to enter into a contract. The Public Utility Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Demolition and reconstruction work for three existing manhole locations for Rochester Public Utilities. RPU is including as part of this package the removal and replacement of one (1) concrete manhole roof. RPU is also requesting add alternate pricing for thedemolition and infill of one (1) brick manhole
