Site work for a water / sewer project in Eureka, California. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Bids came in over budget and was not awarded. No plans to rebid at this time. This project consists, in general, of rehabilitation or replacement of approximately 7,100 linear feet of sewer mains, and 137 laterals at various locations throughout Eureka. Construction methods include dig and replace, pipe bursting, and cured-in-place pipe lining. The Project must be completed within 150 calendar days from the start date set forth in the Notice to Proceed. City anticipates that the Work will begin on or about May 31, 2021 but the anticipated start date is provided solely for convenience and is neither certain nor binding. 2.3 Estimated Cost. The estimated construction cost is $1,450,000.
