Demolition, site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Manning, Alberta. Completed plans call for the construction of a 40,547-square-foot, one-story above grade, 365-seat educational facility.
Work of the Project, of which Work of this Contract is a part, comprises the following: .1 Construction of a new 3,767 m2 one-storey school to the south-east of the existing Elementary school. .2 Site work around the building to consist of a new staff parking lot, parent drop-off area, bus lanes, access roads, delivery areas, CTS Compound, sidewalks and landscaping. .3 Demolition of existing elementary school and annex (playschool) and completion of site work. .4 Demolition of existing Paul Rowe Jr. Senior High School, located on a separate site, and associated site work.
