Derry House Interior repairs: Replace ceramic floor tiles in main entrance vestibule; Remove and dispose deteriorated plaster ceiling in main vestibule and offices and repair plaster ceiling as indicated on the specifications and drawings. Derry House Exterior repairs: Remove and dispose components of the existing wall assembly and supply all required materials to build new wall assemblies as specified; Repairs of the existing decorative elements, windows, frames and sills, conservation and restoration of the storm windows, replace missing storm windows with new to match existing; Remove and dispose deteriorated brick on North foundation wall and replace with new to match existing; Remove and dispose all components of the roof assembly and metal flashing and supply and install new roof assemblies, accessories and metal flashing as specified; Existing gable wood siding to be replaced with new to match existing; Replace gutters with new to match existing; Conserve (repair, strip paint and paint) existing fascia and soffit assembly; Deteriorated wood trim to be replaced with new to match; Replace existing downspouts with new as specified; Replace existing hollow metal doors and frames with new to match existing; Existing chimneys to remain. Remove and dispose of the existing wall and roof assembly, steel doors and frames, damaged floor tiles and deteriorated brick and plaster ceiling as indicated on the specifications and drawings. Install new wall and roof assembly, metal flashing(s), accessories, new steel frame and doors, new floor tiles in the main entrance vestibule, replace deteriorated brick at the foundation walls and repair plaster ceiling.
