Site work and paving for a civil project in Cedar Park, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

The Eastwood Subdivision Sections 4, 5, and 6 project includes the subdivision of approximately +-68.1 acres of land into approximately 320 residential units. This project includes water, sewer, and associated drainage improvements. The pre-bid meeting and the sealed bid opening may be conducted by a telephone or video conference call, in which event, the instructions for participation will be provided to plan holders/reviewers of record. A Cashier's Check, Certified Check, or Bid Bond payable to "SonWest Co." in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid must accompany the bid proposals as a guarantee that, if awarded the contract, the bidder will within ten (10) days of the award of the contract, enter into a contract and furnish an acceptable Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. The Bidder's Check will be forfeited and become the property of the Owner should the bidder fail to enter into a contract and furnish bonds acceptable to the Owner within ten (10) days after award of the contract. No proposals shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the opening of the bids. A Maintenance Bond will be required in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the contract price and is to remain in force for a period of 1 year from the date of the letter of final acceptance from the District. A Maintenance Bond will also be required in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the contract price for the Street and Drainage Improvements to remain in force for a period of 2 years from the date of the letter of final acceptance from Williamson County. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and to waive all formalities in the bidding process. The Owner also reserves the right to determine which bid is lowest and the best, and to award the contract on this basis. It should be noted that time is of the essence on this project. The contract will include furnishing all labor; material, tools and equipment and performing all work for the Eastwood Subdivision Sections 4, 5, & 6 (the "Project"). The project islocated in the Sonterra MUD / Williamson County. Water, Wastewater, and Drainage Improvements will be opened publicly and Street Improvements will be opened privately.
