Site work for a water / sewer project in Horsham, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of the complete abrasive blast of HWSA's Maple Avenue Elevated Water Storage Tank interior and exterior, full containment, metal repairs and application of interior and exterior coatings, and other improvements to tank appurtenances as specified in the Contract Documents, in Horsham Township, Montgomery County, PA. All work is to be completed in strict accordance with the Project Manual. The Work will be substantially completed within one hundred eighty (180) calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run as provided in Paragraph 2.03 of the General Conditions, and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 14.07 of the General Conditions within two hundred ten (210) calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run Expected Contract Value: $800,000 - $1,000,000 Clarification Deadline: 4/7/2021 5:00 PM
