Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Fresno, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: conform grinding the existing asphalt concrete pavement and overlaying with new hot mix asphalt concrete; replacing pavement striping and markings; replacing traffic signal loop detectors; installation of detector lead-in cable; installation of pedestrian push buttons; raising sewer and storm drain manholes and pull boxes to finished grade; upgrading curb ramps at the returns in accordance with the current ADA requirements; removing and re-installing any affected street traffic signs and removing & replacing any affected concrete curb, gutter and sidewalk, complete in place. If one of the three lowest bidders, submit within three (3) working days from the date of bid opening: Page 1.20 - Certification for Prime Contractor Self-Performance, Page 1.21 - DBE Commitment (Form 15-G) and Pages 1.24 through 1.26 - Good Faith Effort Information (Form 15-H).
