**As of 5/18/2021 The project was cancelled came in over budget ,no definite timeframe for a rebid or not. NOTICE TO BIDDERS Request for Proposal for: REPAIR WOOD RAFTERS AND REPLACE METAL ROOF ON PATTISON RESTROOM BUILDING LOACTED AT: 1400 PICARD RD., SULPHUR, LOUISIANA For Sulphur Parks and Recreation, 933 West Parish Road, Sulphur, LA 70663, will be received until: 10:00 AM APRIL 1, 2021 at which time proposals will be opened and read aloud, in an open and public session to be conducted by the S.P.A.R. staff in a meeting room at the SPAR Recreation and Aquatic Center. The Board of Commissioners shall, at a regular meeting and/or special called meeting, at a later date proceeds to award the proposal to the lowest proposer, to waive irregularities, or to reject any and all proposals, or otherwise proceed thereto as provided by law. Said proposals to be in accordance with the quantities and/or specifications on file with the staff of Sulphur Parks and recreation. Proposal documents are available at SPARs Administrative office located at 933 W. Parish Road, Sulphur, LA 70663 Monday thru Thursday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM, contact 337-527-2500 for information.
