Per the owner, as of March 14, 2024, an award has been made for this solicitation. Closed solicitation has been included below for reference. .................. The Consultant shall provide specified Safety management services to successfully perform the safety oversight portion of the project tasks as set forth herein and, as added to, deleted from, and otherwise modified from time-to-time. The Consultant shall be responsible for performing or overseeing some or all of the safety oversight duties necessary for the successful delivery of the project, including, but not limited to: field safety surveys; SWPPP compliance support; environmental regulatory support; claims support; safety and related document control for the contractor and any other persons working at the site; and/or other services as required. Consultant staff may work independently or work in teams, which may be led by POLB staff. Services shall meet the applicable requirements of the POLB's Standard Consultant Guidelines and accepted industry safety standards, and be provided under the direction of the Director of Risk Management or a designee. POLB will retain the right to request the replacement of any Consultant staff member at any time during the project. At that time, POLB will request resumes of persons who meet the qualifications and may choose one of them as a replacement. POLB reserves the right to replace Consultant staff with POLB staff at any time. Changes or additions of staff initiated by the consultant require the prior approval of the Director of Risk Management.
