Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing the inscription "Rue Notre-Dame et rang Saint-Joseph - Refection des services municipaux" and the bidder must be clearly identified. To be considered, any tender must be accompanied by a tender guarantee as described in article IV-1.1 of the "Notice to tenderers" of standard BNQ 1809-900 / 2019. The tender, the guarantee to accompany it as well as all the other documents to be provided will be considered valid for a period of 60 days . The tenderer must take this obligation into account when having others complete the documents in question. Only bonds issued by companies holding an insurer license in Canada will be accepted under the terms of the tender document. Only tenders presented by contractors who have ordered the tender documents under the same name as that under which they tender will be considered.
