It is the intent and purpose of these Specifications and accompanying Contract Drawings to describe the general construction work associated and included under this Contract.CONTRACTOR shall return to original condition, satisfactory to OWNER and ENGINEER,any damaged facilities caused by the CONTRACTOR's operations at the CONTRACTORs expense.Where Roadway is referred to in these Specifications, it shall be understood that the Roadway constitutes the entire area in which improvements may be made under the scopeof this Contract, as defined on the Contract Drawings and specified herein.The CONTRACTOR is responsible to provide all traffic control, flag persons, and trucking necessary for the completion of the Work under this Contract as described in the Contract Drawings
