The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of: (a) Screening of Sand for production of sand bags during 2021 Flood Event; and/or (b) Screening of Spring Cleanup Debris. D2.2 The major components of the Work are as follows: (a) Screening of Sand for a potential 2021 Flood Event: (i) Supply and operate equipment for screening operations during production of sand bags consisting of a screener, loader and conveyor. (b) Screening of 2021 Spring Cleanup Debris at Summit Landfill. (i) Stockpiling of debris delivered to screening site; (ii) Screening debris; (iii) Stockpiling of screened debris into accepted and rejected piles; and (iv) Hauling of rejected debris to Brady Landfill. D2.3 The Work shall be done on an "as required" basis during the term of the Contract. D2.3.1 The type and quantity of Work to be performed under this Contract shall be as authorized from time to time by the Contract Administrator and/or Users. D2.4 Subject to C7, the City shall have no obligation under the Contract to purchase any quantity of any item in excess of its actual operational requirements. D2.5 The pre-bid estimates for this Contract are: (a) Screening of Sand for a potential 2021 Flood Event - $35,000.
