Site work for a municipal facility in Alpharetta, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
Replace the existing natural grass area with a new artificial turf system.The new turf system must be durable enough to endure high foot traffic for these types of activities. The synthetic turf surface area will be approximately 13,220 sq. ft., fitting exactly in the layout of the existing natural turf area. This work includes, but may not be limited to, design of the installation, preparing the subgrade for the turf system, supplying material, labor, and equipment to install the stone base, drainage system, nailer boards, turf, infill material and any other work required for a complete installation of the synthetic system. The City wants to install the highest quality, longest lasting synthetic turf system to make year-round, daily use possible. Proposals must include all information necessary to prove why the installation of a proposed product will provide the best available system for the intended use by our City.
