The Tarrant County Hospital District d/b/a JPS Health Network (hereinafter referred to as the "District") is seeking to solicit proposals for the provision of a chiller installation services for the District. Vendor questions must be submitted by April 1, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. CST. Welcome to JPS Health Network. The scope of this orientation packet is to provide guidelines and instructions for all contractors/vendors performing construction activities within the JPS Health Network, to abide by, for the protection of patients and families, staff, and contractor personnel. All contractors are responsible for facilitating the orientation of all personnel prior to performing work within the premises of the JPS Health Network. See APPENDIX A - JPS Contractor/Vendor Training Sign-in Sheet. This sheet must be executed by all key project personnel and maintained at the project site confirming all personnel have been properly oriented prior to performing work. See APPENDIX B - JPS Emergency Contact List for a comprehensive list of JPS personnel with job titles for your use in the event of an emergency. This specification describes the general components required for the new water-cooled chiller, control valves, chilled water pump variable speed drives, miscellaneous hydronic accessories, etc. that shall be connected to the existing Alerton Controls Ascent Compass Building Automation System (BAS). The new components shall be fully compatible with the existing Alerton Controls Ascent Compass BAS and shall be provided to perform the required sequence of operation outlined in specifications and as required for a complete and operating system. All labor, material, equipment and software necessary to meet the functional intent of the system, as specified herein, shall be included. Drawings are diagrammatic only. Equipment and labor not specifically referred to herein or on the plans that is required to meet the functional intent shall be provided without additional cost to the Owner.
