The Village is soliciting bids to upgrade the medians on SR5/US1 from 144th Street to 152nd Street. Landscape Contractor must be experienced working with FDOT funded grants and be able to provide MOT for the project. The bonds should provide that the surety's liability will be co-extensive with the Contractor's liability, and should contain a provision that the surety waives notice of changes to the contract, including, but not limited to, changes in the times for performance. No bid shall be withdrawn after the opening of the bid without the consent of the Village for a period of sixty (60) days after the scheduled time of opening and reading bids.
