This is a Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) Two (2) Phase Design-Build (DB) Construction Solicitation utilizing the Best Value Tradeoff Process. Contractors are requested to review requirements and instructions for a Two (2) Phase Design-Build (DB) selection in response to this Request for Proposal (RFP).
