Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Richmond, Virginia. Completed plans call for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Work consists of clearing and grubbing, grading, paving, erosion and sediment control, installation of curb and gutter, guardrail installation, signing and pavement markings, water and sewer relocations installation of a single span voided slab bridge, dynamic pile testing, driving test for 12" prestressed concrete piles, pre-boring for piles, installation of 12" prestressed concrete piles, cofferdams, bridge deck grooving, and maintenance of traffic over the life of the project. The project is located from 0.432 mile west of South Holly Avenue and Oakley's Lane Intersection to South Holly Avenue and Oakley's Lane Intersection.
