Project Description: The Work includes the construction of a new well house, installation of new equipment, removal and re-installation of salvaged equipment, modification of the existing pitless adapter to feed the pumped groundwater into the new facility and demolition and removal of the existing well house. JPUD will re-coat the salvaged equipment, this work will be coordinated with the contractor and JPUD. The Work shall include all supervision, labor, materials, traffic control, tools and equipment necessary to complete the Snow Creek Well House Replacement Project as described in this Bid Document. The District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, for any or no reason and to waive irregularities and informalities in the bidding process to make the award to the lowest responsive Bidder.
