As of April 29 the project is set to be awarded on May 3 2021.. Reconstruction of Hanson Court in St. Clair Shores, Macomb County, Michigan. The reconstruction of Hanson Court from Greater Mack Avenue to Defer Street, the proposed work to include pavement removal, minor drainage repairs, and replacing existing concrete pavement with integral curb and gutter. Each bid proposal shall be submitted on the proposal forms provided and shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond, executed by the bidder and Surety Company, payable to the City of St. Clair Shores in the amount of five Percent (5%) of the accompanying bid. Proposal Guarantee shall provide assurance that the bidder will, upon acceptance of the bid, execute the necessary Contract with the City. No bid may be withdrawn after scheduled closing time for receiving bids for at least Sixty (60) days.
