Prevailing Wage Monitoring & Enforcement: Pursuant to California Labor Code 1771.4(a)(4) the work is subject to payment of Prevailing Wage Rates. Every Contractor and all Subcontractors of every tier, performing any portion of the work, shall pay laborers not less than the Prevailing Wage Rate established for the labor provided Brief Description of Work: Direct replacement of supply and exhaust laboratory air flow control valves and related appurtenances; direct replacement of failed vacuum pump system and compressed air system. Planned Duration: Ninety (90) calendar days. Trades Involved: Mechanical, plumbing.
