Furnish labor, materials and services necessary to perform miscellaneous repairs at the single-family house located at 3537 N. 9th Street, per the following scope: Clean out all gutters and downspouts to ensure free flow water, free of debris and other impediments. Provide photographs of before and after cleaning. Trim bushes at front of house and remove tree roots growing among the bushes. Provide sufficient topsoil around entire foundation to promote positive drainage away from foundation (at least 6 inches of soil). Provide sufficient topsoil at sides of concrete steps.
