Replacement or repair to 19 pump stations and sanitary treatment plant upgrades located within the Charter Township of Oscoda. Improvements include electrical and controls upgrades, cathodic protection, installation and integration of SCADA systems, pump replacements, mechanical refurbishments, sanitary force main and directional boring of force main, pump station building HVAC and remodeling, painting, sidewalk replacement, HMA pavement repair, aggregate surfaces, fencing, permanent pavement markings, installation of bar screens, and construction of new structure to house bar screens. Principal items of work include but are not limited to: 13 Ea Pump Station Rehabilitation 6 LSUM Pump Station Reconstruction 1 LSUM Lagoon Bar Screening Prospective Bidders may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below. Bidding Documents also may be examined of Michigan; and the Builders Exchange of Lansing (Builders Exchanges are authorized to share the contract documents with other exchanges of Michigan) Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Plans and specifications will not be mailed/e-mailed until payment is received. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The above-referenced project is a federally funded activity authorized under the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974.
