Site work for a water / sewer project in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work generally consists of the supply of all materials, labour and equipment necessary to complete the reconstruction of the sanitary sewer between the north end of Elizabeth Street and MacDonald Avenue, including stairs and restoration. Tenders must be accompanied with a tender deposit in the form of a certified cheque, money order, bid bond or bank draft in the amount of 10% of the Tender Price payable to the Corporation of the City of Sault Ste. Marie. Complete tender submissions shall be scanned to a maximum 10MB pdf document and emailed to the email address listed above. The successful bidder will be required to provide a 100% Performance Bond and a 50% Labour and Material Payment Bond upon execution of the contract. Tenders are subject to a formal contract being prepared and executed. The Corporation of the City of Sault Ste. Marie reserves the right to reject any or all tenders and the lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
