These Instructions are for a contract that generally includes Civil Works to build sections of duct bank required for the installation of 2 new MLE feeders to support the load transfer from Clayburn (CBN) Substation to Mount Lehman (MLE) Substation in Abbotsford, B.C. Work includes but is not limited to the following: Build approximately 775m of 12-way duct bank, 250m of 16-way ductbank, and 55m of 14-way ductbank along Mount Lehman Road from MH5403 to 30 M south of MH 769830; Build approximately 100m of 12-way ductbank, 360m of 16-way ductbank 40m of 7-way ductbank from MH4543 to the intersection of Blue Jay St and Maclure Rd; Build approximately 65m of 3-way ductbank, 95m of 12-way ductbank, and 35m of 9-way ductbank at Townline and Maclure; and Install 9 new manholes Bid values are lump sum, total of items 1 to 10.
